Order Processing
At Supermodel, we aim to process your order within 24 hours, pending product availability and payment verification. Please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. We encourage you to carefully review all order details before completing your purchase. Our warehouse operates from Kerala, India, and orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
An order confirmation email will be sent to you automatically after your purchase. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
On rare occasions, high demand may result in a product becoming unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
For security purposes, all orders undergo a review process and may be canceled at our discretion. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Pre-Order Policy

All international shipments are handled by trusted couriers such as DHL Express or Aramex. Shipping times are estimates and do not include the initial 24-hour processing period.
