Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
You may return any product free of charge within 7 days of receipt. Returns are facilitated through our website. The product must be returned in perfect condition—unworn, with all original components (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, tags, etc.)—and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Please take all necessary precautions to ensure the product's protection. Any product that is damaged, used, incomplete, or soiled will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges & Returns
We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange or return request is accepted, you will receive a notification via your registered email, and our logistics partner will pick up your order within 24-48 hours. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to complete the pick-up, you will need to send the shipment back to our warehouse. Please note that reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.
Upon receipt of your returned order at our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). Once approved, your exchange or return will be processed further. Exchanges typically take 7-10 working days to be delivered.
If an exchange for a different size cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, we will offer an exchange for another product or issue store credit that can be used for your next online purchase.
For all return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note, once the product passes QC. The credit note will be sent to your registered email address.
Please ensure that products are returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Products returned in poor condition or with signs of wear will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. All prepaid orders are final, and we do not offer cancellations or refunds. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as store credit equivalent to the product's selling price or MRP. Store credits are valid for three months and are non-refundable. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns of purchased products are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. Once your return request is acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners will contact you to arrange the collection of the returned product(s). We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return request if the product does not meet the conditions listed above.
